On February 24th, the St. Roch (pronounced Saint Rock) food hall opened its doors on the Design District’s Palm Court. This New Orleans-based concept will feature small scale spaces for chefs to test future cuisine options.
The project announced last fall, will include some of the following restaurants: “CooP”, with their special made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuits and brined fried chicken (OMG!), “Hot Lime”, featuring craft tacos and Ceviche (STOP!) and “Yuzu”, an Asian-themed place using locally sourced ingredients (SING ME UP!). This is just SOME of the flavors you can find at this food hall, but there is MUCH MORE!
Let me tell you, if your mouth is not already watering, it should.
St. Roch Market food hours are: Sunday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 11 p.m.
